Who we are
Motivate China was formed in 2011 to fill a need in the Chinese MICE market. Its founders recognized that there was no one with any real depth of experience in the Incentive, Meetings DMC business. This brought together a group of talented individuals with close to 100 years of combined MICE knowledge and expertise, in both mainland China and Hong Kong.
The Motivate China team has handled thousands of programs both small and large, on behalf of an international client base from Europe, USA, Canada, UK, and Asia. These clients have represented many industries such as, financial services, automotive, pharmaceutical, technology and so on.
Although young in years, we are wise and seasoned professionals.

With the birth of a baby, he became a father in 2017. The arrival of this new life was such a miracle to him. The baby inspired his infinite potential and power to strive for a better life for his family. Yet it is not easy to be a parent, but it's still the most wonderful journey of entire life.

Michelle is an open-minded person. She is a history buff. She loves reading in her spare time, especially Chinese history books. She is very fond of telling historical stories and anecdotes to clients.
Jane Du
Account Manager
Jane is the sole one home based Account Manager within the company and dedicated to the Russian market. Home based work pattern is a ‘big plus’ making her job more flexibility and efficiency. Jane loves play a kind of traditional Chinese string musical instrument called ‘Gu Zheng’ and travel during her leisure time.
