Sanya
Hainan Island is China's most southerly province and the second largest island after Taiwan. It is the largest ocean island in the South China Sea and yet the smallest land province in China. Sanya is the second largest city on Hainan Island, (after the capital Haikou) and is the key attraction of the island. With many excellent harbours and a large export/import trade, it is known as the “South Gate of China”.
Sanya’s climate is tropical, with stunning beaches, delicious fresh local foods and has become known as China’s Hawaii. A visit to this area is a great way to relax and end your travels through China!!
